Sales terms
These sales terms explain exactly what a paid OnlyFoune order buys, when it is performed and how cancellations, refunds and disputes are handled.
The purchased advertising service
Each order purchases an independent and immediately performed increase in advertising placement value for the submitted public profile. When that canonical profile already has eligible value, the server preserves it and charges only the exact difference required for the requested first-place position. The order does not purchase adult content, a creator subscription, third-party account access, guaranteed traffic, a prize or a financial return, and OnlyFoune does not receive or transfer money on behalf of listed creators.
Price, currency and charges
Prices are quoted and charged only in United States dollars and recorded in integer cents. For every request, the server calculates the difference between the profile's current eligible value and the relevant first-place value plus the currently configured minimum increment. That increment can change. The customer may then make an express, optional and mutually exclusive choice between Boost and Super Boost. The exact supplement is displayed in dollars and added in full to both the amount due and the projected eligible placement value. Neither option is preselected, and the choice can be removed before payment. The projected new placement value, any selected supplement, exact amount due and currency are shown before final confirmation. There is no recurring subscription, automatic renewal or hidden fee.
Order formation
Before payment, the customer supplies a supported profile URL and pseudonym, may add a biography or image, reviews the profile preview, receives a fresh server-authoritative quote and confirms the final amount and disclosures. An order is accepted only when the approved payment provider confirms payment and OnlyFoune records settlement. A failed, abandoned, expired or duplicate attempt does not create a second paid placement.
Immediate performance
The customer expressly requests performance to begin immediately after payment confirmation. Settlement immediately adds the confirmed difference and any expressly selected Boost or Super Boost supplement to the profile's eligible placement value, then recalculates its rank. Before a real payment is accepted, checkout separately records the customer's express request for immediate performance and acknowledgement of the applicable effect on any statutory withdrawal right. After confirmation, OnlyFoune may offer the optional generation of a Post or Story visual at no separate charge. This sharing tool is ancillary to the paid ranking service: a generation, download or third-party sharing failure does not postpone a correctly recorded placement.
Position, duration and being overtaken
Payment obtains only the rank produced at settlement; it never reserves or permanently guarantees a position. A Boost or Super Boost increases the confirmed placement value but does not reserve a duration at number 1 and can be overtaken. A season runs between real astronomical equinoxes and solstices. Stripe's successful confirmation time determines the applicable season. A confirmation after the boundary applies to the new season and is never backdated. At close, the final Global top three enter the Hall of Fame; they open the next season at 0 USD and are compacted by platform. The public leaderboard displays the active season only.
No guaranteed commercial result
OnlyFoune does not sell or guarantee any minimum number of impressions, clicks, visitors, followers, subscriptions, registrations, engagement, sales, revenue or duration in a particular position. Dissatisfaction with traffic or being overtaken is not a failure to perform the purchased placement.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Where consumer withdrawal law applies, the customer asks for immediate performance before the ordinary withdrawal period ends. Once the advertising placement has been fully performed with the customer's prior express agreement and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law. No order can be cancelled merely because the resulting rank later changes. Nothing in this clause limits a right that applicable law makes mandatory.
Refund policy
Correctly executed placements are generally final and non-refundable. No refund is due solely because a listing is overtaken, a season ends, a 0 USD carry-over profile is quickly overtaken, a Hall of Fame place was not obtained, or traffic is lower than hoped. Mandatory remedies remain available. Any approved refund or chargeback reverses the corresponding eligible ranking value and can trigger a podium recertification when legally or technically required.
Payment errors, disputes and chargebacks
Customers should promptly contact [email protected] with the payment reference and relevant facts so an error can be investigated. A chargeback or payment reversal removes the corresponding eligible ranking value and may freeze the listing while reviewed. Fraudulent disputes, use of an unauthorized payment method and attempts to retain ranking value after reversal are prohibited.
Moderation after purchase
Payment never prevents moderation. OnlyFoune may replace an image, hide, freeze or remove a listing that violates these terms, the content policy, law or a binding provider requirement. When the restriction results from material supplied or conduct controlled by the customer, it does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, subject always to mandatory law.
Conformity and limitation of liability
OnlyFoune must provide the placement described in the order and remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, its responsibility does not extend to third-party platform outages, removed external profiles, third-party transactions or commercial outcomes that are expressly not guaranteed. Any contractual limitation is applied only to the extent lawful in the customer's jurisdiction.
Customer service
Customer service and payment complaints are available without an account through the Site's contact form or at [email protected]. Include the submitted profile URL, payment reference if available, amount, date and a concise description. Safety reports remain available independently of payment.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Customers must first send a written complaint to OnlyFoune. Eligible consumers may then use the competent consumer-mediation process identified on the Site or bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Payment provider: Stripe
Stripe is OnlyFoune’s selected payment service provider for real checkout. Payment-card data is entered in Stripe’s secure interface and is not received or stored in full by OnlyFoune. OnlyFoune receives the transaction reference, status, amount and limited information needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention and support. Depending on the purpose, Stripe may act as OnlyFoune’s processor or as an independent controller under its own privacy terms.
